Excellent experience! I took my 1-year-old son for his appointment, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient with him. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was outstanding, and they truly care about their patients. Highly recommended!

First timer and this was a great experience! From the moment I walked into the door I know I would love it. May was extremely pleasant, Dr. Patterson is amazing, Amaya is so sweet and great with children. The office is clean, and kid friendly. My daughter was comfortable and she enjoyed the visit as well. Glad we found our new home dentist.

We had such a great experience at our first visit today! Everyone was so nice, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The office was very clean and made both me and my son feel comfortable. The staff was patient, professional, and made the entire appointment go smoothly. So happy we found this office; definitely looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience here at Pines Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. The office is clean and has a super cute safari theme that made my kids feel comfortable. May (I loved her❤️), at the front desk is incredibly sweet and efficient. She does a great job following up in the days leading up to your appointment, and once your child’s visit is over, she makes scheduling the next one quick and easy right on the spot. We were seen by Cat, who was so patient with my children. My son was terrified when he first sat in the chair, but she was warm, gentle, and made the experience fun for him. She was amazing. He ended up leaving happy and relaxed. Dr. Mitchell Miller was very thorough and informative. My daughter had a mouth injury, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. After our visit, I feel confident she will be just fine. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The stickers and little toy was a nice cherry on top. We will definitely continue bringing our children here.
